As we understand that the "Rosary Hill" Home
may remain in existence for some time, the afore-mentioned matter is not likely to be come acute in the near future, and it is to be hoped that the costs of the necessary repairs and replacements will be much more reasonable a few months hence than they would be today.
I propose to discuss this problem with the competent Authorities during my forthcoming visits to London and Geneva and should they have different ideas in the matter, you would no doubt hear from them.
In the meantime, I should be most grateful if you would kindly do your best to come to a suitable arrangement with the Spanish Dominican Fathers should the "Rosary Hill" Home be wound up earlier than is at present expected.
Yours sincerely,
